We are CanCham Belux. Your business connector in Brussels since 1945. At CanCham BeLux(Chamber of Commerce Canada-Belgium-Luxembourg), our mission is simple yet impactful: to foster and enhance economic ties between Canada, Belgium, and Luxembourg, opening doors to the EU.

Paul is currently the Group CEO and Owner of Arco Information. Arco has been active in Canada since 1991 and has actively invested in Toronto and Montreal companies since 2017. Paul holds a 1976 – 1981 Masters in Economics @ Ku Leuven Faculty Of Engineering Technology & Faculty Of Movement And Rehabilitation Sciences.
With a robust skill set that includes Sales Management, New Business Development, Business Strategy, Negotiation, Account Management and more, Paul contributes valuable insights to the industry.
Paul is based in Antwerp.
Jean-Louis is currently a Partner at LawellMcMiller law firm, which is also the office of Alta-Juris International in Brussels. This is a network of more than 400 lawyers spread across a hundred or so independent European law firms operating under a common quality label and with polled means and resources.
With dual French and Belgian training, Jean-Louis practices as a lawyer at the Paris court and the Brussels bar. He has taught European institutional & judicial law and international trade law within what became UCL in Mons, Belgium. Over several decades, Jean-Louis has advised Canadian companies on their relations with Belgium and France.
Jean-Louis is based in Brussels and Paris.
Karen is an active professional and citizen in the Luxembourg marketplace and community for more than 30 years. She is a Canadian Citizen and Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, who applies her wealth of experience as a governance professional and non-executive director.
She believes that bridging our countries through business, education, mobility and culture is valuable to growing the economies. Karen also serves as the Honorary Consul of Canada in Luxembourg. In her spare time she is an active curler and builder of the sport.
Karen is based in Luxembourg.
Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Recreation Management at Howest University of Applied Sciences, Kortrijk. He joined Air Canada in 2011 as Country Manager, Belgium & Luxembourg, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the aviation industry. Steven was appointed Regional Manager Sales Benelux, Scandinavia, Finland & the Baltic States in October 2016.
Steven has oversight for all commercial activities covered by the Belgian, Dutch and Scandinavian sales teams. He is also a board member of BAR Belgium, the Board of Airline Representatives in Belgium.
Steven is based in Zottegem, East Flanders where he was born.
